After last week's 2-2 draw at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal will be looking to put a bad week in the Premier League behind them by beating Bayern Munich and putting themselves in the Champions League semi-finals

Arsenal will be looking for a statement performance tonight

Mikel Arteta's Arsenal side will aim to get their season back on track following Sunday's shock home defeat to Aston Villa when they take on Bayern Munich tonight in the Champions League quarter-final second leg.

The tie is finely poised after last week's 2-2 draw at the Emirates Stadium in which Bukayo Saka's second-minute opener was cancelled out after the Germans found themselves in control of the tie thanks to goals from ex-Gunner Serge Gnabry and former Spurs hotshot Harry Kane, who put Munich in front from the penalty spot. Leandro Trossard scored to make it 2-2 but Arsenal know they will have a job on their hands at the Allianz Arena tonight.

Both sides will be looking to put to bed some recent bad fortune in the Champions League with Munich having lost three quarter-finals in a row since becoming European champions in 2020, while the Gunners have not reached a Champions League semi-final since all the way back in 2009. Arsenal have historically struggled against Bayern Munich in Europe and with the German giants surrendering the Bundesliga title to Bayer Leverkusen this weekend they'll want to make amends with this competition more than ever before.

However, Arsenal know they need a big performance following the disappointing Villa defeat that means Manchester City now sit on top of the Premier League two points clear of Arteta's team. So, with Arsenal looking for a huge European display, here's how to watch the action live.
