Andre Onana produced a second costly error in a week for Manchester United against Burnley.
The Cameroonian passed the ball straight to Jayden Bogle for the opener against Sheffield United in midweek.
But he made another high-profile error at Old Trafford on Saturday to result in Burnley's equaliser.
Onana came out to punch the ball and timed it all wrong, completely taking out Zeki Amdouni with a sickening impact.
The former Inter Milan goalkeeper was let off the hook for a similar incident against Wolves on matchday one but after watching on the screen, the referee did not hesitate to award the late spot-kick.
Amdouni dusted himself off to roll in a sixth penalty out of six in his senior career.
Antony had put United up with his first Premier League goal of the season but the Red Devils had to settle for a point against Vincent Kompany's men.
United are sixth in the Premier League having taken 54 points from 34 games.
