Real Madrid coach Ancelotti excited facing Real Sociedad

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti is looking forward to their clash with Real Sociedad on Friday night.

Real are on the brink of winning the LaLiga title.

And Ancelotti said: “There is an amazing atmosphere around the place. We need seven points to make mathematically sure of LaLiga and we want to take those as quickly as possible. It's a difficult game and we'll try and deliver our best to beat Real Sociedad.

“Until we are mathematically certain to win the title, we have to keep fighting. We have to keep up our positive run in order to prepare well for the upcoming games and the Champions League too. There is only one way to win them, and that is by competing hard and giving it our all. Winning is the best feeling in the world and we'll have to fight and try to win tomorrow's game.

“Bellingham has had stomach issues overnight and Rodrygo has got the flu. They stayed at home today but I hope they'll be available by tomorrow. Mendy won't be with us tomorrow but he's okay. I'd rather he stayed at home to get ready for the Champions League game."

He added: “We're feeling hugely positive right now and whatever is going on outside has no effect on us. We're really happy and we want to finish the season on a high."
