Arsenal take on Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

The Gunners are often the favourites going into any home game, and the fact that PSG have an injury crisis ahead of the clash against Arsenal gives them a bigger edge.

Mikel Arteta, however, will make his players aware that PSG are a very dangerous side. If the Gunners aren’t careful, they will get punished.

But, the noise coming from several PSG fans is not of confidence – it looks like many of them are really worried about the game at the Emirates Stadium.

Supporters of the Parisien club have noticed how strong Arsenal are in set-pieces. The Gunners are arguably the best in the world in that regard.

PSG aren’t too great with corners, which has led their fans to fear the worst ahead of the game in North London on Tuesday night.

PSG fans’ big worry about Arsenal ahead of Champions League clash

Arsenal have scored from a set-piece in each of their last three league games, and you’d be silly to bet against them doing the same versus PSG.

Fans of the French club are convinced that their side will suffer from Nicolas Jover’s brilliance.

One PSG fan predicted: “5-1 for Arsenal including four goals from corners.”

Another tweeted: “Arsenal is the team that scores the most from corners in Europe, PSG is one of those who concede the most from corners. I don’t need to tell you more.”

“PSG are too weak to deal with this Arsenal team,” said another.

Another tweeted: “Here is my prediction for tonight: Arsenal 2-1 PSG. I think it will be difficult for PSG to win at the Emirates Stadium even if we hope for a victory for the French club. I also predict a goal from a corner for Arsenal.”

“Pray for PSG on set pieces,” wrote another.”

Nicolas Jover’s Arsenal set-piece dream could soon come true

Arsenal are already the best in the business when it comes to set pieces, but things could get so much better in the coming weeks.

Arsenal have Gabriel Magalhaes, William Saliba, Kai Havertz and Riccardo Calafiori as the main men in the box right now, but soon, there will be another big addition.

Mikel Merino was spotted in Arsenal training ahead of the PSG game, and it’s only a matter of time before he gets into the side.

The Spaniard is perhaps the biggest set-piece threat at Arsenal, and we’re sure Jover already has a few plans in mind to get the best out of Merino and everyone else.
