'So good they made a sequel' - Arsenal already have their next Ethan Nwaneri

Ethan Nwaneri has a younger brother coming through the Hale End academy at Arsenal

Arsenal already have their next Ethan Nwaneri on the Hale End production line. The Arsenal supporters have been clamouring for Nwaneri to be given his chance by Mikel Arteta following an number of impressive came displays.

The 17-year-old bagged his first Premier League goal when coming off the bench in the 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest at the weekend. That added to the two goals he scored in a Carabao Cup victory over Bolton Wanderers earlier in the season.

Nwaneri is getting ever more difficult for Arteta to ignore in his starting lineup, with supporters desperate to see the teenage superstar from the off.

Arteta said last week: "I am always tempted. I think he’s the second-youngest player for the club to score in the Premier League. It’s giving us all the reason and today is another reason to put him there but that’s when I play him and not somebody else. It’s step-by-step, I would say."

And if the Arsenal fans are champing at the bit to see Nwaneri from the off at 17 years of age, just think what it will be like with Nwaneri's younger brother emerging from the Hale End academy too.

Many people might not have known about Emerson Nwaneri before now, but now Ethan has spoken about him on his Instagram page, people will be sitting up and taking notice.

Emerson is part of the England U15s squad for the camp taking place this weekend, which started yesterday and runs until Sunday, December 1. Ethan sent a message to his younger brother on Instragram saying: "Good luck bro."

A number of Arsenal fans have already responded, with one saying: "Nwaneri was so good that they made a sequel." Another posted: "They cloning them now?" while another said: "How greeeeeeedy! Was Ethan not enough?"

If Emerson turns out to be anywhere near as good as his older brother, there could be two Nwaneris in Arteta's Arsenal starting lineup soon enough.
