Richarlison left the pitch in tears after he appeared to suffer an injury during Tottenham's game against Southampton on Saturday. 

The Spurs forward departed the field just five minutes into the game shaking hands with Antonio Conte before walking off the pitch. 

Richarlison had looked uncomfortable during the warm up, and has only recently recovered from an injury.
