Olise picked the ball up near the half way line before skipping past two challenges.
His quick footwork even left Casemiro on the floor as he tried to dispossess him.
The Frenchman then drove forward towards the United penalty area before unleashing a low shot into the bottom corner.
He was afforded acres of space after Casemiro had raced forward from central defence, where the midfielder was filling in due to the Red Devils' injury crisis.
Supporters were quick to slam the 32-year-old on social media, with one writing: "Casemiro should retire."
Another added: "Olise sending Casemiro back to Manchester."
A third fan echoed them as they commented: "Olise sent Casemiro back to Brazil there."
Meanwhile, one more also wrote: "Casemiro forgetting he's playing centre-back."
Former United defender Rio Ferdinand had also reacted by posting on X: "Casemiro #StayOnYaFeet."
Erik ten Hag's reaction also appeared to be picked up by the Sky Sports cameras.
The United boss called Casemiro over to the touchline for a tactical chat in the 24th minute.
