Arsenal star Bukayo Saka showed his sense of humour with a hilarious message to one of his Arsenal teammates.
The Gunners picked up a 3-0 win over Bournemouth on Saturday.
Goals from Saka, Leandro Trossard and Declan Rice sealed a comfortable win for us in the end in a game that was filled with controversy.
Arsenal remain on top of the Premier League table, but Manchester City’s win against Wolves keeps them just a point behind us with a game in hand.
City’s result last night was frustrating, but what Saka did on Instagram made us smile.
The chemistry between this set of Arsenal players is just incredible, isn’t it?
Everyone backs each other during tough times and the same support remains when things are going well for us, like it is now.
Against Bournemouth on Saturday, Arsenal were dominant for large parts of the game. We won 3-0 in the end, but it could’ve, and probably should’ve, been seven or eight.
One player who found the back of the net last night was Gabriel Magalhaes, but the Brazilian’s goal was ruled out by the linesman.
Replays showed Kai Havertz was in an offside position, which is a real shame as Gabriel had just scored the best goal of his life.
The Brazilian caught a volley on his left foot and the ball flew into the top corner. It was a truly wonderful goal, and you could see the frustration on Gabriel’s face when it was disallowed.
After the game, Gabriel took to Instagram to celebrate the win. Bukayo Saka decided to make fun of him.
The Arsenal number seven wrote: “Congrats on your goal,” followed by a kissing emoji.
Gabriel Magalhaes has had a wonderful season at Arsenal.
The Brazilian was dropped in the opening few games of the season, but he has been incredible for us since being reintegrated into the side.
However, in the game against Bournemouth on Saturday, the former Lille man made two mistakes that could’ve cost us.
Gabriel first made a disastrous back pass that wasn’t going to make it into the box. David Raya, thankfully, flew out of his area and avoided danger.
Then, the Brazil international lost the ball in a dangerous area and allowed the visitors inside the box. William Saliba stepped up this time to save the day with a crucial tackle.
Gabriel should be thanking Raya and Saliba for saving him, but to be fair to the left-footer, he has saved those two on a few occasions as well.
