Hello and welcome to football.london for live coverage of Chelsea's Premier League clash with Aston Villa.

The Blues go to Villa Park today with kick-off set for 8pm (UK time) this evening. Less than four days ago, Chelsea were thrashed 5-0 away at London rivals Arsenal – a result and performance that has once again asked more questions over Mauricio Pochettino and his future.

There are six games remaining of Chelsea's season and Pochettino will be desperate for his squad to show a bit of consistency to conclude the campaign before his job role is reviewed in the summer. However, consistency is something the Blues have been unable to produce in Pochettino's first season with the club.

Chelsea will take confidence from beating Aston Villa in February when the two sides met at Villa Park in the FA Cup fourth round replay.
