Cole Palmer and Marc Cucurella both started in Chelsea’s 6-0 win against Everton in the Premier League last night.
It was a game that Cole Palmer will never forget, with the attacker scoring four goals.
Marc Cucurella will also be happy with his own contribution to the match after helping Chelsea to keep a clean sheet.
Understandably, though, Palmer has grabbed all the headlines after scoring his 18th, 19th and 20th goals of the Premier League season.
It means he is now at the top of the scoring charts alongside Manchester City forward Erling Haaland, and Cucurella was quick to show his respect for what his team-mate is doing after the game, as was Wesley Fofana.
Cucurella looked a bit awestruck by Palmer after his latest hat-trick.
The England international, of course, also scored three goals in Chelsea’s previous home fixture against Manchester United.
At the end of the Blues’ latest match at Stamford Bridge, Cucurella went over to Palmer, bowed his head and shook his hand.

It is probably something every Chelsea fan would do right now if they got the chance to!
This season, Palmer has come up with 36 goal contributions in 38 appearances, an outstanding return.
Following Chelsea’s win against Everton, Cucurella has now started in all of the Blues’ last five games in the Premier League.
They have not lost any and were able to keep their first clean sheet in a while yesterday.
Cucurella is certainly playing his part and is proving to be an important player for Mauricio Pochettino, who continues to manage Ben Chilwell carefully after all of his injury problems.
The club may want to sell him in the summer. They need to raise funds to avoid breaching profit and sustainability rules. But it is not an exit that Pochettino may be too keen on.
