COLE PALMER is set to miss Chelsea's clash with Arsenal.
The midfielder had been a major doubt for the Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.
Palmer missed training through illness on Monday, leaving fans concerned he may not face the Gunners.
According to talkSPORT, there was no sign of Palmer or Malo Gusto as the Chelsea squad came off the team bus in North London.
The Blues had confirmed earlier this week that Gusto was undergoing medical assessment following the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City.
Mauricio Pochettino's side were beaten 1-0 at Wembley Stadium to end their hopes of a trophy this season.
Palmer has been in fine form for Chelsea in recent weeks as the club chase European qualification.
The 21-year-old's hat-trick against Manchester United and four strikes in the win over Everton have taken his tally to 23 since signing from City.
Meanwhile, he is also now the joint top scorer in the league with Erling Haaland on 20.
Gusto has also been influential in attack for Chelsea, providing five assists from right-back this term.
Victory on Tuesday would lift Chelsea up to seventh in the table, leapfrogging United and West Ham.
Arsenal are also in need of all three points, though, with the chance to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League.
