The semi-final match up for the Carabao Cup has been confirmed as the all-Premier League final four prepare for the two-legged fixtures

The Carabao Cup semi-finals have been drawn with the final four Premier League sides discovering their opponents.

Tottenham beat Manchester United tonight in what is being deemed an 'instant classic.' Ange Postecoglou survived a shocking comeback from Ruben Amorim's men. The game ended 4-3 with Spurs fans having all held their breath for the final 30 minutes. Tottenham will face Liverpool in the semi-final.

Current cup holders Liverpool put on a stellar performance in the quarter-final as they got past a fired-up Southampton 2-1. Despite a late goal from the Saints which put Arne Slot's men on the back foot, it ended up being nothing but a consolation.

The resurgence of Gabriel Jesus with a stunning hat-trick helped Arsenal beat Crystal Palace 3-2. Former Gunner Eddie Nketiah scored an 85th minute goal against his former club but the Eagles couldn't find an equaliser. Mikel Arteta will go up against Newcaslte.

Eddie Howe's men comfortably progressed to the semi-finals after a dominant performance against Brentford at St. James Park. Sandro Tonali tucked away a brace as Newcastle toppled Thomas Frank 3-1.

Tottenham and Liverpool is the standout semi-final tie as fans will be treated to a two-legged clash between the Premier League rivals. However, the stage is set for a potential north London derby final.

The semi-final matchups will take place across two legs beginning on 6 January and the week commencing 3 February. Each team will be fighting for a chance to play in the final at Wembley Stadium.
