Cole Palmer is once again dominating headlines after the 21-year-old put in an astonishing performance to score four goals against Everton last night, but what boots does he wear?

Cole Palmer has been a revelation for Chelsea this season

Cole Palmer is once again talk of the Premier League thanks to his latest stunning performance.

The young Englishman scored four goals against Everton as Chelsea battered the Toffees 6-0 last night (Monday, April 15). Since his switch from Manchester City last summer, Palmer has registered 20 goals and nine assists in what's turned out to be an incredible debut season for the rising England star.

Palmer is also the first Chelsea player in Premier League history to score in seven consecutive PL home games with the young midfielder scoring against Sheffield Utd, Fulham, Wolves, Newcastle, Burnley, Man Utd and now Everton. In a development that even the smartest pundits most likely never saw coming, Palmer is now level with Erling Haaland in the race for the Premier League Golden Boot.

So, just how is the Golden Boot race shaping up? Palmer is currently locked in joint first place with the Manchester City hotshot while Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins is next in the list on 19. Newcastle's Alexander Isak, Liverpool's Mo Salah and Bournemouth's Dominic Solanke are then tucked in behind the leading trio with 17 goals each.

Since moving to Chelsea for £40 million in September 2023, Palmer has made 27 appearances for the Blues, been involved in 29 goals through scoring or assisting and has even earned an England call-up against Malta and North Macedonia in Euro 2024 qualifying. His form also had many people calling for him to make Gareth Southgate's Euro 2024 squad.

Behind every goal scored there's always a boot to match, as players often pick boots they feel can give their game that little bit extra, so, if you're wondering what hardwear Palmer wears on his feet then look no further. The Chelsea starlet wears the famed Nike Mercurial Vapor and if you've heard that name before that's because the Vapour is one of the most iconic boots of all time since first appearing on the feet of Brazilian icon Ronaldo way back in 1998.

Ronaldo wore early iterations of the Nike boots in the 2002 World Cup

Over the years these particular Nike boots, and their variations, have been worn by such players as Luis Figo, Cristiano Ronaldo, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and now Kylian Mbappe, meaning Palmer is keeping good company when it comes to the boots he favours. However, buying the boots players wear is often an expensive business but there is a way to look the part for a much cheaper price with the replicas of Palmer's boots now on sale.

Palmer's lemonade coloured boots may be catching the eye as he ripples the net time and time again but he's not the only superstar in the Premier League to stoke headlines and have people wondering what boots he's wearing. Erling Haaland has his own branded footwear titled Nike Phantom GX 2 Elite 'Erling Haaland Force 9' while Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold's white Adidas Predator sold out rapidly this morning (Tuesday April 16), however there is talk of them being back in stock at a later date.

Palmer's boots are the Nike Mercurial Vapor 15 and Nike have now slashed 30% off the Nike Mercurial Vapor 15 Academy from £77.99 to £54.99. You can also get the version Palmer himself wears for £139.99 here.
