Oscar Bobb has shared what his favourite Manchester City game of the season is.

The winger is nearing the end of his first season as a regular figure in Pep Guardiola’s squad after working his way through the youth ranks at the Manchester club.

In all competitions, the 20-year-old has appeared in 25 games in total, starting seven of them and scoring two goals with two assists under his belt as well.

With the Citizens just four games away from ending their latest season with another Premier League title and FA Cup added to their cabinet, Bobb has revealed which game has been a particular high point for him.

Featuring in a recent video shared on the Sports Direct TikTok channel where he was answering some quickfire questions, Bobb had this to say when asked what his favourite game of the season is.

He said: “Maybe [Manchester] United away, I enjoyed.”

Bearing in mind how the winger scored his first Premier League goal in City’s 3-2 win over Newcastle United back in January that gave his side the three points, it’s surprising that he didn’t pick that match as his favourite for the season.

However, the fact that he picked City’s 3-0 win over the Red Devils at Old Trafford in October, a game he didn’t even feature in, shows just how much he either dislikes United or admires City’s performance on the day.

City secured a convincing win over United at Old Trafford

Looking back over that away win, the Blues had 60% possession and registered 21 attempts at goal in total, 10 of which were on target.

In comparison, Erik ten Hag’s side only had seven shots at City’s goal on the day, testing Ederson three times in total.

Walking away with a 3-0 scoreline thanks to goals from childhood City supporters Phil Foden and Erling Haaland, this win is probably a highlight for many other fans of the club as well as Bobb.
