We’re really into the business-end of the Premier League season now.

Indeed, there’s just a handful of games to go and the title race is still alive as both Arsenal and Manchester City are duking it out for glory come the end of the season.

Manchester City may be second in the table, but they do have the upper-hand in that they have a game in hand on Arsenal. Win that, and they’re back to the top of the table.

However, winning games in the Premier League is always easier said than done, and speaking on the Footballer’s Football Podcast, Michail Antonio has now suggested a potential route to the title for Arsenal.

How Arsenal could win the Premier League

Antonio stated that he thinks Arsenal could win the league if it goes down to the final day, claiming that his West Ham team will cause problems for Manchester City.

“I wouldn’t call them bottlejobs if they lose this title, I wouldn’t. If it goes down to the last day, I reckon Arsenal wins it. Last game of the season, we have something to play for as well, we’re trying to get into Europe, Man City away,” Antonio said.

West Ham could help Arsenal

There’s been a lot of talk about how City could drop points away at Tottenham or even away at Fulham, but West Ham provide a serious challenge in their own right.

Indeed, the Hammers have been known to be party spoilers in the past.

They’ve taken points off of Liverpool recently, while they’ve also beaten Tottenham and Arsenal during this season.

Say what you will about David Moyes’ style of play, but he can get results against big teams at times.

Of course, going to the Etihad won’t be easy, but you’d be a fool to discount West Ham’s chances of coming away from that game with at least a draw.
