Darren Bent has predicted who’ll come out on top in tonight’s London derby between Arsenal and Chelsea.

Mikel Arteta’s side have the opportunity to move four points ahead of Manchester City this evening.

Arsenal bounced back with a victory at Molineux on Saturday evening following consecutive defeats to Aston Villa and Bayern Munich.

Standing in their way will be a Chelsea side that has been up and down of late.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side suffered a 1-0 defeat to Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-final on Saturday.

It’s fair to say that the Blues should have booked their place in the final but as has often been the case this season, they proved to be wasteful in the final third.

Although Chelsea currently sit ninth in the Premier League, Pochettino’s side have proven to be a tricky opponent for top sides this term.

Bent’s Arsenal vs Chelsea prediction

Speaking on talkSPORT, Darren Bent delivered his verdict on tonight’s London derby at the Emirates Stadium.

He said: “Arsenal at home should win it, but what I am saying is that against Chelsea sometimes you don’t know what you are going to get. Some games they turn up.”

“I think, with Chelsea, they can put in performances where you go, I know, it’s Everton, but 6-0, you go wow,” Bent added. “This summed them up in two weeks. They play away, Sheffield United are rock bottom, they barely get a point. They beat Everton 6-0.

“They are so up and down at the moment that you don’t know what you are going to get from them. But, saying that, I expect Arsenal to win the game.”

What TV channel is Arsenal vs Chelsea on?

Arsenal will host Chelsea at the Emirates this evening and the game will be available to watch on TNT Sports 1 and TNT Sports Ultimate.

The coverage gets underway at 7pm and London derby is scheduled to kick-off at 8pm.

It looks set to be a tricky test for Arsenal after the two sides were involved in a close game earlier this season.

The Gunners left it late to pick up a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge back in October, with Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard netting late goals.
