Tottenham Hotspur have now received an improved offer for one of their players ahead of the summer transfer window.

A number of players could now be playing their final few weeks as a Tottenham player with the summer market coming up.

Ange Postecoglou‘s side have six games remaining of their season with Champions League qualification still attainable.

And the summer will provide the Australian an opportunity to put some finishing touches on the squad after 12 months at the helm.

Whether Spurs qualify for Champions League, Europa League or even Europa Conference League, they will need a squad filled with quality to comepete.

Tottenham have not had any European football to contend with this season which has freed up their schedule massively.

But it seems one player could be set for a summer exit with interest from Europe already arriving at Hotspur Way.

And the interest looks serious with one club having now put forward multiple offers for the Spurs player in question.

Tottenham now receiving ongoing interest for 23-year-old player

As much as Tottenham have enjoyed a number of new signings arriving over the last two windows who have improved the side.

James Maddison and Brennan Johnson are just two of the players who have landed at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and improved the starting XI.

However, there have been a number of players who have become surplus to requirements at Spurs under Postecoglou.

One of them has been Giovani Lo Celso who has been publicly told by the Spurs manager that he’s free to leave this summer.

But there is another player who could be set to depart this summer after another dismal campaign at Tottenham.

Spanish winger Bryan Gil has really struggled to make any impression under Postecoglou.

And it is said he is receiving interest from Feyenoord who have tabled an offer already over a potential move to the Netherlands.

According to Dutch outlet 1908, Feyenoord have now improved their offer for Gil as they have made their interest in the 23-year-old concrete.

Harry Kane had some seriously big praise for Bryan Gil last season

Before Harry Kane left for Bayern Munich over the summer, the striker issued some high praise for Gil after a victory over Crystal Palace.

“I’m really happy for Bryan,” Kane told the Standard. “He’s waited patiently for his chance, worked really hard on the training pitch.

“I say to everyone, ‘just be ready for your opportunity’, and Bryan was there last night. He would have been a little bit disappointed after the last game, but he came out and showed his quality. I’m delighted for him and I’m sure he’ll be ready for the next one.”

Gil has barely played for Spurs this season with just 10 appearances in the Premier League which have provided just 189 minutes of football.

So losing him in the summer will not be a loss to Postecoglou’s options but will only highlight a dreadful piece of business from Spurs.
